At Going-there we understand the critical role a skilled and knowledgeable team plays in a successful relocation. That's why we developed GT Academy, a comprehensive training program designed to equip our Destination Consultants with the expertise they need to excel in supporting relocating emplloyees.

Each new Consultant who joins Going-there embarks on a journey to become a Certified Destination Consultant Professional (CDCP). This program ensures consistency and exceptional service delivery across our global network.

Our online training modules, optimized for mobile devices, guide recruits through extensive training, including videos, real-life scenarios, factsheets and checklists.

GT Academy complements the CDCP with a dedicated mentorship program. This pairs experienced team members with newer ones, fostering a culture of knowledge transfer, collaboration and continuous improvement.
